Holding Back

Do you care what other people think about you?  Does that ever cause you to hold back in different areas of your life?  Do you wish you could let loose and not worry so much about how others would react?  No doubt about it, human beings are hardwired for connection.  Because of this deep need for belonging, rejection is one of the most painful things any person can experience.

What would you do if you did not fear being judged?
Who would you be if you did not worry about being accepted?
What would you express if you felt your voice was important?
